United Advisers Group are a leading regulated, registered Financial Advisory company and are now looking to expand their team. Great opportunities for a Client Relationship Manager / Paraplanner are available in our existing locations in Madrid, Luxembourg and Geneva plus additional locations, to start with immediate effect.

As a CRM/Paraplanner, you would be reporting to and assisting the Wealth Manager to reach monthly and annual revenue generation targets. You will have at least two years of successful, proven work experience in a sales/business development/marketing department, be computer literate, organised and goal orientated. The ideal candidate will be process focused, pay close attention to detail and have strong analytic skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance and support for the execution of the revenue generation targets for client acquisition within the advisory team
  • Serve as first point of contact for incoming client communication
  • Possible cold, warm and referral calling of target clients in order to establish contact, identify the potential common ground between our services and the needs of our prospective clients and actual clients, progressing to arranging meetings between the Wealth Manager and the prospective and actual clients
  • Prepare for client service review meetings, held by the Wealth Manager and follow up on any post meeting action points
  • Manage the Wealth Manager’s diary on a daily basis to ensure they are in the correct place at the right time
  • Manage the admin within a book of 200+ clients

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Telemarketing/Cold Calling would be an advantage
  • Ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Great team player and should meet or exceed goals
  • Plan decisions and practice good judgement
  • Be self-motivated, confident, energetic, driven and creative
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop strong relationships and interact with executives, quality and service-minded
  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft package (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English (another language would be an advantage)
