We have recently welcomed our newest member to the United Advisers Marine team, Elliot Krauze. Joining the UAM team from CCL Group, Elliot brings a wealth of professional experience. In coming from a customer-centric industry he understands that customer service and delivery is what matters. What made you join UAM?
UAM is a company that keeps things simple, provides a consistently excellent standard of delivery to its customers whilst building long-term, trusted relationships with their clients. That’s the kind of company i want to be a part of.
What is something clients are surprised to learn about UAM?
How approachable, un-intimidating and smooth UAM make the process of something which is often perceived as being daunting, onerous and long-winded.
Do you have a top financial tip?
I love this quote from Robert Kiyosaki:

This sums up what financial planning is all about. It contains the best advice of all when it comes to thinking about money. It is all about how much of your wealth you can retain.
